Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 01.02.2024, Annexure P5, whereby, licence of the petitioner has been suspended. 2.

When confronted with the remedy of appeal under Clause 17 of the Punjab Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2016 (for short "the Order, 2016"), counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to him in accordance with law. 3.
