Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has been transferred by terming the said transfer "on his own request" whereas, the petitioner has not given any such request for transfer hence, the petitioner has been transferred on an incorrect facts.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Mann, learned Addl. Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation dated 03.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) has already been received from the petitioner regarding the cancellation of his transfer on the ground HARSHA RANI 2024.03.07 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the representation dated 03.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of two weeks from the receipt of copy of this order and till then, transfer order dated 01.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) shall be kept in abeyance.
