SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.144 dated 17.07.2023 under Section 21 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Ajnala and Amritsar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
