**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Marriage between the parties was solemnized on 07th December, 2013 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies. As some differences developed between the couple, husband - Naveen Kumar preferred a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for brevity 'the Act') for dissolution of marriage before the Family Court, Bhiwani. Said petition was dismissed by the court below vide its order dated 05th February, 2019.

Aggrieved petitioner (appellant herein) preferred the present appeal before this court. During the pendency of the appeal, matter was referred to the mediation and conciliation centre for exploring the possibility of settlement. A report has been received, according to which, the parties have arrived at a settlement, which has been reduced into writing. Copy thereof is on record. It is evident that the parties have agreed to present a petition under Section 13-B of the Act at Bhiwani, on or before 31st October, 2019. They also intend to adhere all other terms & conditions of the settlement. Under these circumstances, present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
