(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to arrest the accused persons in case FIR No. 33 dated 30.03.2017 under Sections 302, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka. Pursuant to the notice, reply/status report has been filed on behalf of the official respondents. As per the status report, the matter was investigated after the registration of the FIR, the accused Paramjit Kaur mentioned in the FIR was arrested on 14.04.2017 whereas other accused, namely, Bhagwan Singh, Harbans Singh @ SATYAWAN 2018.12.17 17:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-18307-2017 -2Harmesh, Indro Bai were arrested on 15.04.2017. Learned counsel for the respondent State, on instructions from ASI Harmit Lal, also submits that challan was presented against four persons and thereafter the 5th accused was arrested and the challan has been put up against him as well and two prosecution witnesses have been examined .

In view of the fact that the investigation is complete, charges have been framed and two prosecution witnesses have been examined, no further orders are called for in this case. Petition stands disposed of.
