Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 216 dated 2.6.2014 under Section 392, 395, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Tohana, District Fatehabad. Heard.

Co-accused Darshan @ Bittu, who was similarly situated as the petitioner, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.11.2014 (Annexure P-5).

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehabad.
