**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 456 dated 17.04.2018 under Sections 354-D & 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 07.05.2018 :- "Counsel for the petitioner, inter-alia, contends that the allegations as set out in the FIR are nothing but a counter-blast to the complaint (Annexure P-4) which he has filed against the police officials and others. In fact, the petitioner herein and his daughter were named in an FIR bearing No. 734 dated 14.12.2017, registered under Sections 328, 354-C, 376, 384, 506 and 120- B of the IPC and Section 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act, 1956, in which, both, the petitioner herein and his daughter, have been granted bail. It is also contended that nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner and he is ready to join the investigation. Notice of motion for 21.08.2018.

CRM-M-19226-2018 Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioner.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 07.05.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 21.08.2018 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
