The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to immediately release her vehicle bearing registration No.CH01-BS-0899. 2.

The petitioner is alleging that officials of respondent No.1 in connivance with police officials have arbitrarily and in blatant violation of law settled by Hon'ble Supreme Court has seized petitioner's vehicle. The petitioner is five months pregnant and at present has no independent source of income.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 as well as State Counsel submit that possession of vehicle was taken over as per orders of Ld. Sessions Judge, Jaipur. Thus, there was no illegality in the act and conduct of the respondents. The petitioner if is aggrieved must approach Court of Ld. Sessions Judge, Jaipur.

Faced with this, learned counsel for petitioner prays that petition may be disposed of with liberty to move an appropriate application, if statement made by respondents is found incorrect. 6.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the instant petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
