(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Criminal Complaint No.75/2009 dated 30.07.2009 under Section 3 K (i) read with Section 29(1) (a) and Section 17(i) (a) of the Insecticide Act, 1968. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to interim order dated 28.05.2015 the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail. Trial is proceeding. Learned Additional Advocate General on instructions from Satish Kumar, Agriculture Development Officer, Office of Agriculture Department has accepted these facts.
