Learned counsel for respondents - UOI, informs the Court that the passport of the petitioner is under printing and the same shall be dispatched to him shortly.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the respondents - UOI, no further order is required to be passed and the present writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. 4.
