    In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure commercial dispute and the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences and bringing about peace and harmony, and for the betterment of their future lives, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.123 dated 16.04.2011 registered at Police Station Sector 31, Chandigarh under Sections 420, 403, 406 and 1209B IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
