CRM-M-18332-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 that petitioners be not harassed, humiliate and maltreat at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 1.4.2017 (Annexure A1) to respondent No.4Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, but the same remained unattended till now.
