**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Earlier writ petition i.e. CWP No.11600 of 2020 was disposed of by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.08.2020. The matter was listed before the Division Bench because the respondent-Trust was described as Improvement Trust. The present writ petition has been filed by giving nomenclature of Improvement Trust as Jalandhar Trust, Jalandhar. On being asked, office has verified the fact that owing to the wrong mentioning of the nomenclature of Improvement Trust, this petition has been listed before this Court.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.
