This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents no. 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondents no. 4 to 7.

On due consideration of the matter, I am of the considered view that no direction of the nature as sought by the petitioner can be issued by this court. The matter pertains to dishonor of certain cheques issued by private respondent. There is, thus, no merit in the petition. Dismissed.

Needless to observe that petitioner is at liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any.
