This is a contempt petition filed under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondent for disobeying the order dated 20.01.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP No.1259 of 2024.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 20.01.2024 has been complied with and speaking order dated 29.02.2024 has been passed. Copy of the order dated 29.02.2024 produced by the counsel for the respondent in the Court today, is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and tag it at an appropriate place. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.
