Reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Ravinder Kumar, DSP, State Crime Branch, Panchkula, Haryana is ordered to be taken on record. Even as per the said reply also, it is clear that investigation has already been completed by the State.

The aforesaid factual has also been affirmed by the State counsel on instructions from SI Puran Dass.
