(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondent to keep the proposal of production warrant of petitioner in abeyance and to give him a 7 days' prior notice in any criminal case, particularly cases relating to mob violence and firing at Behbal Kalan and other sacrilege cases to enable the petitioner to have recourse to legal remedies as per law.
