The present petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 267 dated 17.06.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 120-B, 306, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Jind Sadar, District Jind, Haryana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
