The petitioner's application for permission to lead additional evidence has been dismissed on the ground that he has failed to disclose the purpose of examining the proposed witnesses in additional evidence. Challenging its correctness, this revision petition has been filed. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner, upon realizing the aforesaid fact, prays for permission to withdraw the revision petition in order to file another application.
