**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and further to ensure that they may not be harassed by respondent Nos 4 to 6.

This petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent No.2- Senior Supdt of Police, Distt. Bathinda (Punjab), for protection, as per the instructions dated 10.08.2010 issued by the Home Department, Punjab, who will look into their representation dated 18.05.2017 (P-5).
