.  An additional report has been filed by the respondent-State, which is taken on record, wherein it has been pleaded that respondent Nos. 2 to 8 were joined into the investigation of the case bearing FIR No. 490 dated 30.07.2017 registered at Police Station Hodal, Palwal and all



  three of them have been found to be innocent. 2.

In view of the pleas so taken by respondent No. 1-State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned trial Court or to seek any alternative remedy as per law.

Permitted to do so.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforementioned liberty. However, simultaneously a direction is issued to the respondent-State to file a written report before the learned trial Court within a period of one week intimating that the proposed accused/respondent Nos. 2 to 8 had been joined into the investigation and have been declared to be innocent. This direction has been issued so as to facilitate the petitioner to seek his appropriate remedies.
