G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the respondents have not been approached for the relief claimed in the present writ petition.

Since a writ of mandamus has been prayed for and it is settled principle that the writ of mandamus cannot been issued until the respondents have been approached and there is denial to act, counsel does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to firstly approach the respondents for the necessary relief. Ordered accordingly.
