*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash transfer order dated 28.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) whereby his earlier transfer order dated 12.12.2018 was cancelled. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was transferred to Kaithal vide order dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure P-3) against private respondent No.3-Anil Kumar, who has been transferred on account of long stay at one place. However, this transfer order was later cancelled vide order dated 28.02.2019 (Annexure P-4). Hence, the instant petition. 3.

While issuing notice of motion, vide an order dated 07.03.2019, stay was granted on the impugned transfer order. More than 3 years have passed since then. However, petitioner has been continuing at District Rohtak by VANDANA 2022.04.19 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.
