(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 9 dated 10.02.2016 under Sections 304-B IPC, registered at Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar, who has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 22.05.2017 :- "Counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that with regard to death of Asha, her husband and various other family members are already facing trial for offence under Section 304-B IPC, no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner either with regard to demand of dowry or cruelty meted out to the deceased in connection thereof. The petitioner was declared innocent during investigation and has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. He is ready to face the proceedings in accordance with law.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of 10 days and on his appearance, he shall be released on interim bail subject to satisfaction of the said Court. However, he shall abide by the following conditions:- (i) He shall not offer any threat, promise or inducement to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the same to the Investigating Officer/Court; and (ii) He shall not leave the limits of this country without prior permission of the Court. "
Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that pursuant to the order dated 22.05.2017, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds.
