However, at this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that the compromise has been effected between the parties and on this account, the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn by the respondent, before learned trial Court. The counsel has supplied the copy of the order dated 12.09.2025, passed by learned trial Court, which is taken on record. In view of the submissions made aforesaid and the order, so passed, by learned trial Court, the present application is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
