**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 126 dated 29.11.2016, registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur. Vide order dated 20.1.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail. Thereafter the present petition was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.9.2019. The said order was recalled vide order dated 3.12.2019 and the petition was restored to its original number and the petitioner was give final opportunity to join the investigation and cooperate with the investigating agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
