Mr. N.K. Malhotra, Advocate for the petitioners. RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Petitioners have prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release the unutilized area of their land. Copy of the petition is available with Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who is present in court. His assistance has been sought. He has apprised the court that petitioners no. 2 to 5 purchased the land post issuance of notification under section 4 of the Act. Even petitioner no. 1 purchased the land from a person who was in cultivating possession of the land. Gram Panchayat Shamlat Thok Hasab Rasad Arazi Khewat was the owner. The award was announced and compensation was deposited in the reference court way back in the year 2011. In view of above, we find no merit in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed.
