ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein , inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to evict respondent No.6 from the government accommodation, which was allotted in the name of deceased- wife of the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

It is borne out from averments of the petition that, the writ petition has though been filed though against official respondents, but in reality, it arises out of certain personal differences between the petitioner and private respondent.

In the premise, no grounds to exercise the extraordinary writ jurisdiction vested under Article 226 of Constitution of India. 5.

Dismissed.
