The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 13.4.2022 and 15.6.2023, Annexures P-11 and P-17 respectively, vide which various juniors to the petitioner have been promoted to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT-English) w.e.f. 13.4.2022. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of PGT-English w.e.f. 13.4.2022, the date from which his juniors were promoted with all consequential benefits.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 19.1.2024, Annexure P-19, in a specified time.

pending representation will be decided by the second respondent/Director General, Department of Secondary Education, Haryana, within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 5.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
