At this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-15) submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and well reasoned order. In case, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to any consequential relief, the same shall also be released to him forthwith.
