**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) This is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 129, dated 13.09.2019, under Section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has failed to satisfy this Court qua any material change in circumstances, which would warrant entertaining the instant petition, subsequent to withdrawal of the first petition on 01st December, 2020.

Petition stands dismissed.

However, a request has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has been in custody since 13th September, 2019 and the trial has not made any progress, as only charges stand framed as on date, therefore, a direction be issued to the trial Court concerned to JAWALA RAM 2021.07.14 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
