(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari declaring the impugned order dated 15.07.1998, passed by respondent No.2 and orders dated 17.02.1999 and 03.05.2000, passed by respondent No.3 as wrong, illegal, without jurisdiction, arbitrary and unconstitutional. 2.

Petition was filed in the year 2001 and has been lying admitted ever since. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of the writ petition for more than 21 years before this Court, either it has been rendered infructuous or even otherwise the petitioner seems to have lost interest in pursuing the same. 3.

Be that as it may, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in case any cause of action still survives.
