The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice Ashok Bhan, a former Judge of the Supreme Court has been received vide letter dated 28.12.2023 and is placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court, Justice Ashok Bhan, may be appointed as an arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Justice Ashok Bhan, a former Judge of the Supreme Court is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
