Kuldip Singh, J.(Oral) The petitioners seeks quashing of criminal complaint No.75253 of 2014 filed under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B, IPC, titled as M/s PMV Maltings Pvt. Ltd. vs. M/s Mohan Breweries & Distillers Ltd and Others" (Annexure P-2) and the summoning order dated 21.02.2015 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon. The petitioners are relegated to avail the remedy of revision before the Session Court first.

If the revision is filed within 45 days from today excluding the vacations then the Session Court shall entertain and decide the said revision on merits notwithstanding the law of limitation.
