Prayer in this petition is for taking action against private respondents in view of complaint made by petitioners. Learned State counsel at the outsset submits that FIR has been registered and three of the accused namely Kulwinder Singh, Balwinder Singh and Gurjit Singh has been arrested. According to him, investigation is in progress. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. No further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
