This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.07 dated 16.01.2020 registered under Section 279, 304-A and 283 IPC, at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala on the basis of compromise dated 12.02.2020 (Annexure P2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to take up all the pleas before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
