(Oral) Petitioner has moved the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to official respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR against respondents No.4 to 6 on complaint dated 28.8.2021 (Annexure P-1) and to take appropriate legal action in view of proposition of law down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in case titled as Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of UP and Ors., Writ Petition (Criminal) No.68 of 2008. Counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that representation/complaint dated 28.9.2021 (Annexure P-2) in this regard has GAURAV SOROT 2022.03.29 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.
The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
