(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.406, dated 05.10.2021, registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, District Gurugram, under Sections 147, 149, 323 & 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 23.03.2023, report dated 15.04.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any force, pressure, fraud or misrepresentation. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.406, dated 05.10.2021, registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, District Gurugram, under Sections 147, 149, 323 & 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
