The petitioners have assailed the correctness of the tentative seniority list against which the objections are stated to have been filed. Learned counsel representing the petitioners admits that neither the objections, so submitted, have been rejected nor the seniority list has been finalized.

In view of the above, the writ petition is premature. Hence, dismissed as premature.
