Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....
Present:
Mr. Yadvinder Singh Turka, Advocate for the petitioner. .....
Inderjit Singh, J.
The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.190 dated 13.9.2013 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar, Patiala, District Patiala and for setting aside the order dated 8.5.2017 (Annexure-P.1) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
The first anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner has been dismissed by this Court vide detailed order dated 31.10.2013 passed in Criminal Misc. No.M-36852 of 2013. At that time, this Court has held that keeping in view the gravity, seriousness of the pointed heinous offences etc., the petitioner was not entitled to anticipatory bail. Cr. Misc. No.M-18462 of 2017 [2] circumstance has been shown for grant of anticipatory bail. Nature, gravity and seriousness of the offences still remain the same, hence no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.
Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
