JASWANT SINGH, J (Oral) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.424 dated 24.11.2014 under Sections 15/16/27-A/61/85 of NDPS Act, P.S Rania, District Sirsa.

As per allegations, the Innova Car of the petitionerGagandeep @ Gaggi was initially used to transfer the contraband measuring 400 kg approximately of Poppy Husk after purchasing it from one Baba Khan from Rajasthan to the village of the other accused persons. On the disclosure statement of the co-accused Avtar Singh, who was apprehended at the spot, the petitioner was arrested and his Innova Car was seized.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Mohan Pal, states that there is no change in the circumstances since the

CRM-M-1937 of 2016 #2# the earlier petition seeking the similar relief was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide previous order dated 23.9.2015. He further states that two witnesses out of 17 have since been examined.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the trial has already been unnecessarily delayed, the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa is directed to ensure the completion of the evidence of the prosecution within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order. January 27, 2016 (JASWANT SINGH) manoj JUDGE
