Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents No.4 and 5.

Upon instructions from ASI Jaswinder Pal, State counsel submits that the statements of the petitioners as well as parents of petitioner No.1, i.e, respondents No.4 and 5, have been recorded, wherein, they have stated that the petitioners are living peacefully and there is no threat perception to them.
