Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition was filed in the year 1998 i.e. 26 years ago seeking regularization of the services of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he does not know whether the petitioner is alive or not hence, he prays that the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case the petitioner is still interested in pursuing the present remedy. 2.

Ordered accordingly.
