Versus

HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION . . . Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI PRESENT: None for the petitioner.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) 1.

In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that his claim for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) as advertised vide advertisement No. 10/2019 dated 15.06.2019 (Annexure P-1), has not been considered in accordance with law and the candidates having lesser merit have been selected and appointed on the post in question. 2.

In reply to the averments made in the present petition, the respondents have given the details of the petitioner's consideration in each of the category in which the petitioner has applied for and a bare perusal of the reply would show that either the petitioner is not eligible for the post in question or having lesser marks than the last selected candidate. 3.

There is no replication filed by the petitioner to the reply filed by the respondents.

4.

No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, hence, it can be safely presumed that keeping in view the details given in the reply regarding non-accepting the claim of the petitioner, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present remedy.

5.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
