During the course of arguments, a very fair stand has been taken by counsel for the petitioner and counsel for respondents No.1 and 2, on instructions from respondent No.2, as respondent No.3 has not appeared in spite of due service and respondent No.4 is a proforma party and on the basis of the said stand and consensus, the present revision petition is disposed of and the order dated 02.02.2024 is modified with the following observations/directions:
(i) The sale deed No.3559 dated 06.02.1969 would be exhibited and all objections with respect to admissibility, relevance, contents etc. which the contesting respondents wish to raise would be kept open, to be decided at the stage of final arguments, after hearing the parties.
