JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.128 dated 23.09.2013 under Sections 363,364,364-A,302/34 IPC, PS City, Roopnagar. Learned state counsel, on instructions from HC Suresh Kumar, states that although almost the entire prosecution evidence is over, however, the prosecution has made an application for leading additional evidence. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
