The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for the issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 5 to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioner by providing appropriate Police protection/ security to the petitioner with a further direction not to let respondents No.6 and 7 or any of their aides to interfere with the life and liberty of petitioner or to harass him in any manner by using force on him or by adopting unlawful means. It has been further prayed for issuance of directions to provide interim police protection/security to the petitioner and his family during the pendency of the present petition in this Court. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-19403 of 2016 [2] Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that no injury has ever been caused by Shri Meghraj. There are no particulars that the private respondents No.6 and 7 ever attacked the petitioner. The petitioner is alleging that his son and wife are residing in the house and he was not allowed to enter into the same and therefore, he wants to take away his personal belongings etc. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of arguments has shown me some letters written by Shri Rakesh Aggarwal, Regional Passport Officer, Chandigarh in his official capacity asking for the information from respondent No.2, which, in no way, amounts to harassment to life and liberty and threat to the petitioner. Similarly, there is nothing on the record from which it can be held that there is serious threat to the life and liberty of the present petitioner. Therefore, from the above, I find no merit in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
