Mr. Satish Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner. **** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the affidavit i.e. Annexure P-2 executed on 19.01.2023. However, on a specific query qua the original of the said affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is not necessary to place on record the original affidavit and has expressed his displeasure qua the query of the Court. In light of the above, this Court is not convinced by the veracity of the photocopy of the affidavit and therefore, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, although the Court was not inclined to accede to said request, however, in the interest of justice, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
