(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 11 dated 01.02.2015 registered under Sections 406/498-A of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Women, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. The FIR is still under investigation.

The instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy after the investigation is complete.
