M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner seeks concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Karanveer Singh alleging that two persons with muffled faces entered the office of the complainant while other two co-accused stood guard outside the office. One person allegedly fired at the complainant without causing any injury. Co-accused of the petitioner have been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court. The petitioner has been in custody w.e.f. 5.7.2014.

On the principle of parity, the petitioner can also be granted the concession of bail no specific injury having been attributed to him.

The petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be

CRM-M-1846-2015 (O&M) released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
